i think this picture deserves an A because i think i show good rule of thirds with where i take your eye in the picture, and its not boring.

The color scheme in this one is subtle yet effective. By putting the orange balloon in this one you are also bringing out the oranges in the building creating a complementary color scheme against the sky.
